The last thing Sam said to me tonight before he went to sleep was, "When wake up, play bus." So I'd say the bus (and everything else) at the Brooklyn Children's Museum left an impression on him.
The bus in particular, but also the water stations, the show-and-tell sea life, the dance room and the pizza restaurant. I liked this museum better than the kids' museum in Manhattan. This one felt a bit bigger, less cramped. But also a bit more innovative. Nearly everything there was prime for holding a kid's attention.
Henry was still a bit young to fully participate, but he had fun walking up and down the steps and up and down the ramp. And waving at the mud turtle.
And the best part (for Daddy's wallet): It was free, thanks to a gift membership from the Putnams! We're definitely going back. Many thanks!
