The Photos

As we've previously reported, we lost our camera. Therefore, we've had to rely on Dave's phone to take photos. Unfortunately, those photos rarely make it off his phone - although he does occasionally post pics on Facebook.

But after weeks and weeks of my nagging (I know, you're surprised that I would nag Dave about anything...), Dave dumped the photos from his phone. The photos include Easter and Henry's first haircut as well as many other adventures we've had since around St. Patrick's Day.

Henry's 1st Haircut

After church on Easter Day, we finally got Henry a haircut....

It was sure hard to get a good photo of the boys together in their Easter outfits. This is the best we could do:

Wisconsin trip

The boys and I traveled back to Wisconsin over the St. Patrick's Day weekend for a reunion of sorts with family from the Bittner and Adney clans. It was an extension of my mom's 60th birthday celebration, and the majority of the festivities took place at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville farm. The boys got to get up close to cows, which certainly was one of the trip's highlights.

Other highlights include a trip to the Mississippi River Museum in Dubuque, Iowa, and a visit with Great Grandma J, Aunt Sue and Uncle David in Oregon, Illinois.

The return flight to New York proved to be quite the challenge, as our flight was cancelled and our new flight was delayed. We sat on the runway for more than an hour before taking off. Let's just say that Henry was not pleased by the situation, and I have decided that flying will not be in our future until the boys are older.
